Secret Service
agent kills self amid affair probe
AP By Alicia A. Caldwell
A married Secret Service agent assigned to the president's security detail
acknowledged his affair after U.S. authorities began an investigation earlier
this year, spurred as a result of the Colombian prostitution scandal.
WASHINGTON — A senior Secret Service agent being formally investigated by the government for failing to disclose a long-standing relationship with a foreign citizen killed himself last week.
People familiar with the matter say Rafael Prieto, a married father assigned to President Barack Obama's security detail, acknowledged the affair after U.S. authorities began investigating. These people spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss Prieto's death or the investigation.
The sources say Prieto's relationship was revealed to Secret Service investigators by an agent who had been entangled in the Colombian prostitution scandal earlier this year. That agent was concerned that the Secret Service wasn't enforcing its rules consistently.
It is against Secret Service rules to have a relationship
with a foreign citizen and not tell the agency.

Filming starting in January 2013, and THINKING OUT LOUD,
Why would this agent kill him self? Ex-President Clinton held the highest office
in the land and lied that he did not have relations with that woman, and he
didn’t kill him self with the pressure of the hold world watching; nor did
Hillary leave him. If he were in love
with this woman, though it is said today, “What’s love have to do with it,” I
don’t think he had any secrets to past alone to her that would had been
consider a national security breach.
Take Tigar Woods, he too were put into the nations spot light and lost
his wife and kids that didn’t love him, plus paid out the rear and should have
but didn’t kill him self. So again why
would this guy and he didn’t have near the amount of money either of these men
did? No one knew he was having an
alledge affair other than the agent that suppose to have pointed the finger,
“Well what about Rafael, he’s seeing Gretchen?
