MR. CHARLES BARKLEY
WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE DONE!
Intelligent trumps ignorant every time.
"Tiger Woods didn't think much of Greg Norman's recent comment about him being intimidated by Rory McIlroy, joking about it the night before the Tour Championship. Charles Barkley also had a problem withNorman 's remarks but
was especially put off by Woods' good-natured response.
The former NBA great joined ESPN's Waddle and Silvy’s radio show inChicago
on Thursday and said he was "disappointed" with Woods.
"How long is he going to let people say to him anything about him? I would like for him to just blast Greg Norman," Barkley said as he wondered why Woods insists on taking the high road. "I don't understand why he just lets people treat him any type of way. I wish he would just go ballistic on Greg Norman. You just can't let people say anything to you about you when you're minding your own business. Tiger's always taking the high road. I wish I could just put some of my blackness in him."
When asked what that means, Barkley indicated "toughness" but not necessarily "mental golf toughness."

Being intelligent trumps being ignorant
every time!
We are quick to
say what we would have done if that had been me, only to find ourselves wishing
we had done this or that after the fact.
Almost like saying, “Only if I knew then what I know now.” I have never been a fan of Tiger Woods nor do
I wish ill of him. But to say that he is
not black enough or acting too white is also an insult and I don’t think he
would address Mr. Barkley’s remark either.
Would it have been better to have shown his ass, only for the media to
have something else to talk about for the next week or so just to suit
whom? Often I have had the misfortune to
be around people that had more mouth than brains, but even a crazy person no
who not to fuck with. Any one can be a fool, but being intelligent is a gift that eludes many. I think Mr. Woods can afford to take any round
he chose to take as long as it gets him to his destination. Now in the end what good would it have been
to get into a fists or verbal match when you have nothing to prove? Because people are
always going to have something to say about you for one reason are another and
if they don’t, a lie works better every time.
President Obama is a great example, he's been lied about, called a liar too Tar Baby, finger pointed at and told that they almost forgot that he was a Negro and not once did he lose his temper. But he, who went from Drag Queen too Cross Dresser would have a reason to show their ass. For THINKING OUT LOUD, I’m E. L. PLEASANT
